Adaptive Yoga & Mindfulness (virtual 16+)

In person classes are back! Our classes are led by certified yoga instructor, Lisa Irvine, of Brave Yoga for All in partnership with Shri Service Corps.

The classes are free of charge and geared toward youth and young adults 12ys – 22ys* that may have disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No experience is necessary, so give it a try!

Every Thursday at 4:30pm at Ventures’ Uxbridge location at 670 Douglas St – please use front entrance
