Advocates For Access Meeting (AFA)

Advocates for Access (AFA) is a community advocacy group where PACE consumers focus on local advocacy issues. If you value community involvement and making a difference, AFA is for you!

Currently, AFA has three advocacy sub-committees;

1. Housing–advocating for more accessible, affordable housing in our community
2. Healthcare–raising awareness about healthcare accessibility for people with disabilities
3. Transportation–working towards more transportation options and reinforcing accessibility principles

If you have are interested in these topics or have other topics you would like to bring to AFA, come to a meeting at 1:30PM on the first Wednesday of every month at PACE’s office.
