Get together with friends and get moving. You will hear some of your favorite songs and get to dance along with your friends virtually.
Nathan Perkins, a certified inclusive fitness instructor and former Paralympic athlete, leads this 30 minute class that is a combination of stretches, strength and cardio exercises all done in a seated position with or without weights. Great for all levels of fitness.

Open to all up to 12 years. We have our own realm. This is a world where we work together to build our community and help each other to gain more skills both in our Minecraft world and our real life social world.
