Each Wednesday morning we offer a series of short, meditation-based practices for relaxation and stress reduction. The group is appropriate for both beginners and advanced practitioners and instruction is provided in all aspects of the practice.
As your vision changes due to Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, or other conditions, we offer free programs and services to help you do the things you love.
All the folks in Day Program in our RI office proAbility are getting together daily. They are doing a variety of groups daily. They first meet in one large group and then branch off into a group of their choosing.
